Section 62
Obligation of the Government of Nepal
If for any reason the amount in the fund is insufficient to provide the benefits according to the Social Security Scheme to the contributors participating in the Social Security Scheme, the Government of Nepal shall be responsible for continuing the Social Security Scheme.
